I forgot to mention this earlier, but I want everyone to be Human for now (It's just easier that way).
Cyborgs and mutants are OK, provided we keep them pretty tame. Of course, by tame I mean with a minimum of modified rules and such (i.e. extra work for me).
I realize that this is a rather ambiguous definition so send me your ideas and we'll negotiate.
It is my intention to broaden the possibilities as the setting evolves and I have one of two story arcs under my belt. For now, however, let's keep it simple.
