The faux MP has two more of those zip-tie style handcuffs. In addition to his side-arm and a couple spare magazines, you find an odd weapon similar to the one the other was using and a small selection of fraudulent ID badges.
The weapon is made of clear, blue-tinged plastic and has a payload of five small drones capable of stunning human-sized targets with a high voltage discharge. In addition to its trigger, there is a small blister just underneath the device's shell, which protects it with a perforated tab fixed with a small spike. The blister is reminiscent of bubble wrap but filled with a clear red fluid. There are no identifying marks on the weapon.
Its time for a decision. The man in the hall appears to be unconscious and possibly even in shock while his buddy is safely restrained, but regaining consciousness in the custodial closet.
Unfortunately, your impromptu grenade has doubtless drawn attention to your presence and it's likely only a matter of time before someone comes to investigate.
If you are going to leave you have five choices. At the end of the hall it joins with another corridor that leads both left and right. In addition, there is a staircase which leads both up and down. Finally, you could head back the way you came.

Nightwolf will take the zip style handcuffs, the side arm, the spare magazines, the odd weapon, and his small collection of fraudulent ids, which she is careful not to smudge any fingerprints he may have left on them.
If I call correctly the guy in the hallway has Nightwolf’s effects. She will quickly go reclaim them if there is a chance they survived the blast. Then Nightwolf will quickly head towards the stairway at a run.
OOC: Sorry for taking so long to post this. I’ve been so busy… the holidays and everything else…
BTW, do you know where I got the name Marian Dubois that Nightwolf has been using lately? I'm curious to know if you figured it out.

You collect the various pieces of equipment in a brief moment then inspect the man in the hallway. Most of the damage to him was done by shrapnel from the exploding can. He's bleeding heavily and has a few severe burns, but the fires are burning themselves out and your equipment survived undamaged with the exception of one bottle of Pirate Pete's Positively Palatable Pepper Sauce which broke when the "MP" landed on it.
You reach the stairwell without further incident.
Someone will investigate the explosion sooner or later. The only real question that faces you at the moment is this: Do you go up, or down?

She decides to go up. Most people go down thinking that getting closer to the ground would make it easier for you to escape. It's what they expect. So she runs up the stairs taking them two at a time if she can.

You climb the steps unopposed. As you ascend the steps, an alarm sounds. Flashing red lights fill the stairwell and klaxon compete with sounds of your ascent, possibly disguising the sounds of your pursuers.
Three flights up you come to a single door that exits onto the roof. Across the roof's gravel, you can see that the whole base seems to be up in arms. Soldiers are racing around prepping mecha and aircraft of all descriptions. They also seem to be shepherding the civilians into subterranean bunkers.
Some one must have heard the can of gum remover explode. The question is whether or not they've already found the bodies.

Nightwolf will remain calm and try to look like she belongs there. She will walk not run. She will remain observant of everything around but without seeming to be attempting to be hyper vigilant.
She will keep her eyes open for a not quite so well guarded vehicle that she might be able to take advantage of with all of the confusion around her.
Until she spots such a conveyance, she will also try to blend in more with the civilians without engaging any of them. If any of the military personal come up to her or try to shoo her along with the other civilians she will engage him. She’ll inquire what’s happening, what’s going on, where Flight Sergeant Jeremy Brett is and why he isn’t here when he promised he would be so that they could be married up here.

[OOC: Pretty slick.]
The first obstacle is the fact that you are on the roof, but a quick look at your surroundings reveals an out of the way fire escape staircase. Once on the ground you pick your way through a network of alleys that eventually lead you to the flight yard.
As you make one last turn in the alley you run into a group of four MPs.
"Stop right there miss! You aren't supposed to be here."
"Please help me!" you respond, "I'm looking for first sergeant Jeremy Brett. Jeremy was supposed to meet me and he never did and I haven't seen him or heard from him and then all the noise started and I don't know if he's okay and I'm so scared and we were supposed to get married and I don't know where he is." You're sobbing by the end.
The MPs fall for it: hook, line and sinker. "Er, um, I'm sure he's okay. There's just a lot going on and he's probably busy. If you go into the bunkers with the other civillians, then he'll be able to find you just as soon as he can. It'll all be okay, you'll see." says the lead MP. Then they give you directions and ask if you need an escourt.
You quit sobbing and politely decline, then the MPs rush off to whatever it was they were doing before they met you.
You creep around the flight yard for a minute before you find what you are looking for.
You see a triad of small aircraft like the ones that chased you earlier. No one seems to be watching them at the moment but they are prepped for flight.

Nightwolf starts walking towards them calmly and like she belongs there. Nothing attracts attention better than skulking and/or running. She will then try to slip into the closest aircraft available unobserved. She will continue her hyper vigilance while she does, but will make the extra effort of trying to not look like it in case anyone does look her direction. When she gets into the cockpit, she'll close the hatch so she is less visable to people. OOC: A special thanks to Jeramy Brett (who played Shirlock Holms), Michael Weston (main char in Burn Notice), and Sir Arthur Conan Dole. Oh, and also Chuck (Main char in Chuck the series). Thanks, I try. We might want to thanks Agent Sheild and Smythe too... you know for giving me a reason too look up spy and goverment agent stuff for my campaign... Love the addition of the tears, btw.

You jump in the cockpit of a fast attack chopper like the ones that you evaded earlier. Once the opaque hatch is closed you relax a little. You race through the preflight check activating all the chopper's systems as quickly as possible, saving propulsion for last. It all seems to be in working order except the 3602 Holoview has a broad arc between about Six and Nine o'clock that flickers in and out. Also, while your HUD indicates that your capacitor is at full charge, you have no armament other than a forward mounted chain gun that boasts an empty magazine. Finally your port, starboard and aft fan-jets are all operational and roaring their readiness.
It's now or never.

Well, trying to not attract attention is all over when the propulsion goes on. After that it’s a matter of getting out. Nightwolf flips on the propulsion and takes off. She’s going to head out into the desert. She keeps an eye on the Hud to see what kind off attention she draws. She also ties to keep an eye on that arc, curious as to what it is and why it isn’t always there.
